Jennifer was born in Louisiana and has lived in North Carolina since 1995.  She spent her early years drawing and painting, developing a passion for art.  While Jennifer has worked largely in watercolors over the years, she enjoyed adding acrylics and charcoal to her portfolio in 2020, and most recently has started experimenting with oils. Although primarily self-taught, Jennifer has taken classes from a variety of artists through an online artist community, Kara Bullock Art School, and recently a workshop by Jane French.  She has enjoyed exploring different mediums and techniques learned in these classes as they inspire creativity in her own work.
